Association for Behavior Analysis International

We discuss the talks that Mindy heard at the ABAI 2019 conference in Chicago, IL. From companion animals to humans, this conference covered it all from a behavior analysis standpoint. This conference goes to show that there are so many behavioral similarities between humans, companion animals, and laboratory animals! We discuss “separation anxiety” research, whether reinforcement is always positive, enrichment, scent work, and other topics covered at the conference, all of which is research-based.
