This week, Mindy flies solo discussing how to set yourself and your new adult dog up for success. We’ve previously discussed how to mentally and environmentally prepare for a puppy, but an adult dog is an entirely different creature (ha!). They come with their own unique learning history and behavioral repertoire, which requires careful consideration by adopting families, especially if the dog is big or has an unknown history.
